Small group fitness training

We meet with a group of 3-5 people at a time. You can create your own group with your friends or join my monthly series.

Core and Pelvic floor rehabilitation

 We will work on proper breathing techniques for engaging the deep core muscles- learning how to move and function from an integrated, engaged and protected place. We will learn and practice exercises that bring you into proper posture for daily life as well as exercise. We will delve into pelvic floor strengthening, and core activation. We will open up tight areas that need to release tension.  Class will be tailored to your specific need as well as general strengthening for everyone. As slow and safe as each individual needs and also progressive and building on the lessons throughout the 6 weeks.

Breathing, Posture and Movement coaching for any stage postpartum women.

Mama strong level 2 ongoing

Pre- Requisite: attend a Level 1 Intro series or book a few private sessions to make sure you will be safe in your body as we move into higher level intensity workouts.
